Liquids:

2 cups dry red wine (such as Burgundy or Pinot Noir), 2 cups beef broth

Herbs and Mushrooms:

1 bay leaf, 4 sprigs fresh thyme, 1 sprig rosemary, 1/2 pound cremini mushrooms, halved, 1 tablespoon butter


Instructions
