Description

This Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Fruit Salad is a delightful no-bake dessert that combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the freshness of summer fruits. A perfect treat for any gathering or special occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

Cheesecake Mixture:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

Fruit Salad:

  • 1 can (21 oz) peach pie filling
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups seedless grapes, halved
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Cheesecake Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined. Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  2. Fruit Salad: Gently stir in peach pie filling, fresh peaches, grapes, strawberries, pineapple, and mini marshmallows. Sprinkle in cinnamon and nutmeg, then fold until evenly distributed. Top with crushed graham crackers just before serving. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • For extra richness, drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
  • You can substitute other fresh fruits like blueberries or bananas if desired.
  • To prevent bananas or apples from browning, toss them in a little lemon juice before mixing in.
