Batter:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, combine peaches, ½ cup granulated sugar, brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
