For Peanut Butter Dough:

- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Brownie Swirl:
- 1/2 cup brownie mix (dry)
- 1 tbsp milk (as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream the ingredients: In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet until a soft dough forms.
- Prepare the swirl dough: Divide the dough in half. Mix the dry brownie mix into one half of the dough, adding 1 tablespoon of milk if needed to help combine.
- Create swirl cookies: Pinch off small amounts of each dough and gently swirl or marble them together by hand to form 1.5-inch dough balls. Place the dough balls on prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are set and centers are slightly soft. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

- You can use boxed brownie mix or homemade dry brownie mix.
