  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Mix-Ins:

  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare wet ingredients: In a large bowl, mash bananas, then mix in peanut butter, melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Mix dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add to wet mixture and stir until just combined.
