Cookie Dough:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)

- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugar: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, and 1/4 cup powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Add dry ingredients: Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
- Shape and bake: Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the bottoms are just lightly golden.
- Coat in powdered sugar: Let cool for 5 minutes, then roll the warm cookies in powdered sugar. Once completely cooled, roll them in powdered sugar a second time for a snowy finish.
