Instructions

- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and peanut butter until smooth. Add the oats and stir until fully coated.
- Drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets. Let the cookies cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes or until set. Store in an airtight container.
