- 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
For the pecan pie filling:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
For the topping:
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
- additional pecans for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust layer: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into a baking dish and bake.
- Make the cream cheese layer: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the crust.
- Prepare the pecan pie filling: Melt butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Add eggs, vanilla, and pecans. Cook until thickened, then pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Finish with topping: Spread whipped topping over the pecan filling and garnish with extra pecans. Chill before serving.
