  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Crust: Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges.
  3. Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  4. Layer the Ingredients: Sprinkle the cheeses into the crust, followed by the chopped pepperoni, bell pepper, and red onion if using.
  5. Add the Egg Mixture: Pour the egg mixture over the filling.
