Pasta:
- 12 oz penne or rigatoni pasta

- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Cheese Sauce:
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
Garnish:
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a skillet, cook ground beef in olive oil until browned. Add onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are softened. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
