Ribeye Steak Filling:
- 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak or deli roast beef

- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Slider Assembly:
- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 6 slices provolone cheese, halved
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Sauté Peppers and Onions: In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté bell pepper and onion in olive oil until soft, about 5–7 minutes.
- Cook Steak: Add steak, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
