Description

Pineapple Fluff is a delightful no-bake dessert or side dish with a tropical twist. This creamy and fruity treat is perfect for summer gatherings or potlucks.

Ingredients

Scale

Creamy Pineapple Mixture:

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix

Add-Ins:

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix Pineapple and Pudding: In a large mixing bowl, stir together the crushed pineapple with its juice and the vanilla pudding mix until well combined and slightly thickened.
  2. Add Remaining Ingredients: Fold in the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts if using.
  3. Finish the Fluff: Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with maraschino cherries if desired.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use sugar-free pudding and light whipped topping.
  • You can also add drained mandarin oranges or fresh chopped fruit for variety.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
