- 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Mix Pineapple and Pudding: In a large mixing bowl, stir together the crushed pineapple with its juice and the vanilla pudding mix until well combined and slightly thickened.
- Add Remaining Ingredients: Fold in the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts if using.
- Finish the Fluff: Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with maraschino cherries if desired.

- For a lighter version, use sugar-free pudding and light whipped topping.
