  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 3/4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (325°F for glass dish) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix Cake Base: Combine white cake mix, melted butter, 1 egg, pistachio pudding mix, and chopped pistachios. Press into the baking dish.
  3. Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 2 eggs, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Spread over the cake base.
