  • 1 pound sirloin or flank steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Skewers:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (for serving)
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Prepare Skewers: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes. Toss steak cubes with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Assemble Skewers: Thread steak, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, and mini pepperoni onto skewers.
  3. Grill: Preheat grill or grill pan. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak is cooked to desired doneness and vegetables are charred.
