Instructions

- Shape the Sticks: Scoop portions and shape into stick-like logs about 3 inches long.
- Coat with Breadcrumbs: Roll each stick in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to coat.
- Fry the Sticks: Heat oil in a skillet, fry sticks in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Drain and Serve: Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
