  • 1 small green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil or butter: In a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced potatoes and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally until they begin to soften and lightly brown.

  3. Add onion and peppers: Add the diced onion and bell peppers. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Continue cooking for another 8–10 minutes, stirring often until the potatoes are golden and the vegetables are tender.

  5. Garnish and serve: Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot as a side for breakfast or dinner.
