Description

Ingredients

Rice Noodles:

Sesame Oil:

1 tablespoon

Potstickers:

1 pound

Vegetable Oil:

1 tablespoon

Cabbage, shredded:

2 cups

Carrots, shredded:

Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced:

Hoisin Sauce:

Toasted Sesame Seeds:

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Cook the noodles according to package directions; drain, rinse under cold water, and toss with sesame oil.
  2. Cook the potstickers: In a large nonstick skillet, heat vegetable oil and cook frozen potstickers until golden and heated through; transfer to a plate and keep warm.
  3. Stir-fry the vegetables: In the same skillet, stir-fry cabbage, carrots, and red bell pepper until slightly tender.
  4. Prepare the sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sriracha, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl.
  5. Combine and serve: Add cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet with vegetables, toss to combine. Divide into bowls, top with potstickers, green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro if desired. Serve hot.
