Wet Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree

- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.
