Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together bananas, pumpkin purée, eggs, oil, sugars, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
- Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures: Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring just until combined.
- Bake: Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
