Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pumpkin purée.
- Combine and Bake: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Pour batter into pan, smooth the top, and bake for 55–65 minutes. Cool before slicing.
