Raspberry Balsamic Glaze:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine raspberries, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Simmer for 8–10 minutes.
- Strain and Thicken: Strain the mixture to remove seeds if desired. Return to saucepan, add lemon juice and salt. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes until syrupy.
- Cool: Let the glaze cool slightly to thicken further before use.
