Ingredients
Brownie Layer:
1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
Cheesecake Layer:
8 oz cream cheese (softened), ½ cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
Additional Ingredients:
2 cups fresh raspberries, 1 package (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix, 2 cups cold milk, extra raspberries and chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Brownie Layer: Prepare and bake the brownie mix according to package directions. Cut into small cubes after cooling completely.
- Prepare Cheesecake Layer: Whisk together chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and whipped topping. Fold to combine.
- Assemble Trifle: Layer brownie cubes, cheesecake mixture, chocolate pudding, raspberries in a trifle dish. Repeat layers and finish with whipped topping, raspberries, and chocolate shavings. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute thawed frozen raspberries if fresh aren’t available—just drain excess liquid.
- For an adult version, lightly drizzle brownies with raspberry liqueur before layering.
