Frozen Raspberry Lemonade Slushie:
- 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 cup lemonade (fresh or store-bought)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (optional, to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional, for extra zing)
- fresh raspberries and lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, combine frozen raspberries, lemonade, ice cubes, and honey or simple syrup if using. Blend on high until smooth and slushy.
- Add lemon zest for extra brightness, if desired. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh raspberries or lemon slices for a pretty presentation.
Notes
- For a frozen lemonade-style drink, freeze the lemonade in ice cube trays ahead of time and use those instead of regular ice.
- You can also use sparkling lemonade for a fizzy twist.
