- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound scallops, patted dry
- 2 cups baby spinach
Cream Sauce:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Ravioli: Prepare ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Mushrooms: In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté mushrooms in olive oil and butter until browned. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Cook Seafood: Add shrimp, scallops, salt, and pepper. Cook until seafood is just done; set aside.
- Prepare Cream Sauce: In the same skillet, simmer butter and heavy cream. Stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes until thickened.
- Combine Ingredients: Add spinach, cooked seafood, and ravioli to the sauce. Simmer to heat through.
