Scale
For the cookies:
- 1 box red velvet cake mix (15.25 oz)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
For garnish (optional):

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the dough: In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, flour, softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until a thick dough forms. Stir in the white chocolate chips and mini chocolate chips if using.
- Bake the cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
- Cool and garnish: Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, drizzle with cream cheese frosting or dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
- For a bakery-style look, press a few extra chips on top before baking.
- You can substitute the white chocolate chips with dark or milk chocolate.
