Dough:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Topping:
- 24 mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (unwrapped)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, fold in chocolate chips.
- Bake: Scoop dough into muffin cups, bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Press one Reese’s cup into each bite immediately after baking.
- Cool and Serve: Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
