  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 2 tablespoons hot honey (plus more for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Roast Garlic: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 35–40 minutes until soft and golden.
  2. Cook Beef: Cook ground beef in a skillet with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  3. Prepare Dip: In a mixing bowl, mash roasted garlic cloves with softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, and hot honey. Fold in cooked beef and mix until creamy.
  4. Bake: Transfer mixture to a greased dish. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  5. Serve: Drizzle with hot honey, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.
