Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the Sugar Syrup: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine granulated sugar and water. Cook without stirring until the syrup reaches 250–260°F.
- Coat the Strawberries: Dip each strawberry in the hot syrup, then roll or sprinkle with rock candy sugar. Place on the baking sheet to cool.
- Serve: Let the strawberries set at room temperature for 15 minutes before enjoying.

- Ensure strawberries are completely dry for the sugar to stick well.
