  • 1 pound ground breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (drained)
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix sausage, cream cheese, and Rotel: In a large bowl, combine the sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to the sausage mixture.
