Samosa Chaat Ingredients:
- 4 medium vegetable samosas (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas (chole)
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tamarind chutney
- 2 tablespoons green mint chutney
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup sev (crispy chickpea noodles)
Instructions
- Bake or fry the samosas: Until crisp and hot, then place each samosa on a serving plate and lightly crush them.
- Top with chickpeas and vegetables: Add warm chickpeas, chopped onions, tomatoes, and cilantro.
