- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Additional:
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)
- Sesame seeds or Italian seasoning for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, mix together spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
