Perfect for any gathering or as a tasty treat for yourself.

Ingredients

Scale

Crescent Rolls:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Spinach-Cheese Filling:

  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg (lightly beaten)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Additional:

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)
  • Sesame seeds or Italian seasoning for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, mix together spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

  5. Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving.
