Toppings:
- 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- toppings of choice (pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, etc.)
Instructions
- Dissolve Yeast: In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit until foamy.
- Mix Dough: Add oil, salt, and garlic powder. Gradually mix in flour to form a dough. Knead until smooth.
- Rise Dough: Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven. Grease a baking tray.
- Assemble Pizza: Press dough into pan. Add sauce, cheeses, toppings, and seasoning.
- Bake: Bake until golden and bubbly.
- Serve: Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
