Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast: In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm milk. Let it sit until foamy.
  2. Prepare the dough: Combine flour and salt in a large bowl. Add yeast mixture, olive oil, and egg. Knead until a soft dough forms. Let rise.
  3. Shape the dough: Divide dough, roll into ovals, and shape into boats. Fill with cheese mixture.
