Main Ingredients:
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Add-ins:
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For Serving:
- 4 brioche hot dog buns
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for toasting)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Old Bay seasoning.
- If desired, lightly butter the insides of the brioche buns and toast them in a skillet over medium heat until golden.
- Spoon the shrimp mixture into each toasted bun.
- Serve immediately, optionally with lemon wedges or a side of chips.
Stir in the chopped celery, red onion, and parsley. Add the chopped shrimp and gently fold until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt in place of some or all of the mayo.
- You can also add a dash of hot sauce for heat or diced pickles for tang.
