- 1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
