- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 12–15 slices of pepperoni
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sear Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet, sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side.
- Add Toppings: Spoon marinara sauce over each chicken breast, sprinkle with cheeses, top with pepperoni slices, and add red pepper flakes if desired.
- Bake: Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 15–18 minutes until chicken is cooked and cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
