  • 8 slices

Corned Beef:

  • ½ pound thinly sliced

Thousand Island Dressing:

Unsalted Butter:

  • 2 tablespoons (softened)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Butter Bread: Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Butter one side of each rye bread slice.
  2. Assemble Sandwiches: Place 4 bread slices, buttered-side down, in the skillet. Layer with Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, and more Swiss cheese. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered-side up.
