- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin

- 4 oz cream cheese or 1/2 cup shredded cheese for a creamy finish
Instructions
- Add the Chicken: Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Add Ingredients: Layer black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, salsa, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken without stirring.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Optional Cheese: Add cream cheese or shredded cheese in the last 30 minutes of cooking, stirring until melted.
- Shred and Serve: Use two forks to shred the chicken, mix well, and serve as desired.
