Beef Bites:
- 2 pounds beef stew meat or sirloin, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
Potatoes:
- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prep Ingredients: Place beef and potatoes in a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Mix Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika until combined. Pour mixture over beef and potatoes, tossing to coat evenly.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through. Stir gently before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sear beef cubes in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes before adding to the slow cooker.
- You can also add carrots or green beans during the last hour of cooking for a complete meal.
