Beef Bites:
- 2 pounds beef stew meat or sirloin tips (cut into 1-inch cubes)
Potatoes:
- 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes (halved)
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup beef broth
Garnish:
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add Meat and Potatoes: Place beef cubes and halved baby potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and beef broth. Pour over beef and potatoes, stirring gently.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 7–8 hours or on high for 4–5 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through. Stir before serving and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, stir in a cornstarch slurry (1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water) during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- You can also add baby carrots or green beans for a complete one-pot meal.
