These Slow Cooker Kielbasa Bites are a perfect appetizer or party snack with a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. Easy to prepare in the crockpot, they are sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

Kielbasa Bites:
- 2 pounds kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
BBQ Sauce:
- 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Kielbasa: Place the sliced kielbasa into the slow cooker.
- Make BBQ Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until smooth.
- Cook: Pour the sauce over the kielbasa, stir to coat evenly. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve: Serve warm as an appetizer straight from the slow cooker or transfer to a serving dish with toothpicks.
Notes
- For a spicy version, add 1 tablespoon hot sauce or 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper to the sauce.
- This recipe can be made ahead; refrigerate the cooked bites and reheat in the slow cooker on low until warmed through.
