- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 6 large flour tortillas
- Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté onions: In a skillet, sauté the diced onion in olive oil until softened.
