Main Bread:
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar

- ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix wet ingredients: Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Add batter to pan: Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
- Add topping: Mix sugar and cinnamon for topping, sprinkle over batter.
- Bake: Bake for 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and serve: Let cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For extra softness, use very ripe bananas.
