Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  4. Add batter to pan: Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
