Spaghetti Salad:

  • 12 ounces spaghetti, broken in half
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
  • 1 bottle (16 ounces) Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti: Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely.
  2. Prepare the salad: In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Add dressing and seasonings: Pour Italian dressing over the salad and add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.
  4. Chill and serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Before serving, toss again and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
