Ingredients
Scale
Fresh Raspberry Puree:
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup water
Lemonade Base:
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups cold water
Finishing Touches:
- 2 cups sparkling water or club soda (chilled)
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and extra raspberries for garnish (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Raspberry Puree: In a blender or food processor, puree the raspberries with 1/2 cup of water until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds.
- Mix Lemonade Base: Add the lemon juice and sugar to the pitcher, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Pour in the remaining cold water and mix well.
- Add Sparkle: Just before serving, stir in the sparkling water.
- Serve: Serve over ice in glasses and garnish with lemon slices, raspberries, and fresh mint if desired.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar depending on your taste.
- For a fun twist, use sparkling lemonade or lemon-lime soda instead of plain sparkling water.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge—add sparkling water right before serving.
