For the salmon:
- 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the potatoes:
- 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes (halved)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the asparagus:
- 1 bunch asparagus (trimmed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
- Season salmon fillets. After 15 minutes, remove the baking sheet, add salmon fillets, and return to the oven for 10 minutes.
- Toss asparagus and add to the sheet pan. Bake everything for an additional 8–10 minutes until cooked through. Serve hot.

- You can substitute green beans or broccoli for asparagus.
