Ingredients

Scale

Marinated Beef:

  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Stir-Fry:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 8 ounces green beans, trimmed
  • 3 green onions, sliced

For Serving:

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Beef: Combine sliced flank steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Stir-Fry: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Cook garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add marinated beef, sear until browned. Set beef aside. Stir-fry green beans until tender-crisp. Return beef to the pan, add green onions, toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve: Serve the beef and green beans over jasmine rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and lime wedges.

Notes

  • For a milder taste, adjust chili garlic sauce.
  • Swap green beans for snap peas or broccoli if desired.
  • To reduce carbs, serve over cauliflower rice.
