Marinated Beef:
- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Stir-Fry:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 8 ounces green beans, trimmed
- 3 green onions, sliced
For Serving:
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the Beef: Combine sliced flank steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15–20 minutes.
- Stir-Fry: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Cook garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add marinated beef, sear until browned. Set beef aside. Stir-fry green beans until tender-crisp. Return beef to the pan, add green onions, toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve: Serve the beef and green beans over jasmine rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and lime wedges.

- For a milder taste, adjust chili garlic sauce.
- Swap green beans for snap peas or broccoli if desired.
