- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Remaining Ingredients:
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 3 cups beef broth or water
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 soft-boiled egg per serving (optional)
- sesame seeds and extra gochujang for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Ground Beef Mixture: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the ground beef, then add garlic and ginger.
- Add Flavorings: Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Cook Noodles: Pour in beef broth, add noodles, carrots, and mushrooms. Cook until noodles are tender.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, stir in green onions. Divide into bowls, top with soft-boiled eggs, sesame seeds, and extra gochujang.
