- ¼ cup chopped green onions
Wrap Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup diced cucumber
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 1 cup crispy wonton strips or crushed tortilla chips
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 4 small corn tortillas (or tostada shells, optional)
- Neutral oil for cooking
Instructions
- Tuna Filling: In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and green onions until well combined.
- Assembly: Warm the flour tortillas slightly. Spoon tuna mixture onto a flour tortilla, add lettuce, cucumber, carrots, avocado, and crispy strips. Optionally, add a small corn tortilla on top for extra crunch.
- Folding: Fold the edges of the flour tortilla over the filling, sealing tightly in a circular motion.
- Cooking: Cook the crunchwrap seam-side down in a skillet with oil for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Repeat for remaining wraps.
- Serve: Serve warm and enjoy!
