- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
Instructions
- Dough Preparation: Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Mix with flour and oil, knead until smooth, let rise for 1 hour.
- Filling: Combine pork, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, and white pepper.
- Assembly: Divide dough, fill with pork mixture, seal buns, steam for 15 minutes.
